Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Adlift LLC ("Adlift," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Service-Based Work
Our services are professional, time-based engagements (such as ads strategy, SEO audits, on-page SEO, and ads management). Because work begins promptly and involves dedicated time and resources, fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable.
2. Free Audit
Our initial audit is offered free of charge and carries no payment, and therefore no refund applies.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe a billing error has occurred, or you are not satisfied with a specific deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date at contact@adliftllc.com. We will review each request in good faith and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include revising the deliverable or issuing a partial or full refund for work not yet performed.
4. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) and are not held by Adlift. Refunds of ad spend, if any, are subject to those platforms' own policies and are outside our control.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an ongoing monthly engagement in accordance with your service agreement. You will remain responsible for fees for services delivered up to the cancellation date.
